Susan Kate and her parents went to South Texas last weekend. First, we all stopped in Old San Antonio, and visited The Alamo (of course!). Susan Kate wasn't sure what the big deal was, but she did enjoy stretching her legs out in the beautiful surrounding gardens. 
Here is SKB with her Dad, in a rare picture together in front of one of the stone walls defending the old Mission. 
Susan Kate also got to travel down the San Antonio River in a boat, here she is prior to setting sail. She enjoyed looking at the ducks but had a hard time sitting down...
Here she is in front of some silly cannon. She's not sure why she's saying "Cheese"...
